I have been working on purchasing a home for the past 10 months and during that time Tom and I stayed in constant contact. He answered my phone calls and repeat questions. Purchasing a home can be 1 of the more stressful things a person can go through and never did he make me feel like I was bothering him. Once I found a home it was in probate which lasted another 3 months and during that time Tom explained to me my best options allowing me to make an educated decision on what was going to be in my best interest.
