Matthew and Ilda are a fantastic team to work with. They were of great help to my wife and I when buying our first home. They helped guide us through every step in the home buying and lending process and made the entire experience very seamless for us. They were quick to respond and would even check in on us to see how we were doing periodically and to see if we had any questions or concerns. They are both so efficient in their work and were transparent with us. We knew we were in great hands from the start. We wont hesitate to work with Matthew and his team in the future if needed!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with both Matt and Ilda in the purchase of our first home! I truly felt like they Were with us every step of the way. Ilda was always willing to answer all my questions and hop on the phone to thoroughly explain all the various documents and forms we had to sign. My husband and I were especially grateful for Matt and how he saved the day with helping us submit an appeal and eventually lift our home appraisal. We were using the VA loan in the height of 2021 where homes were getting sold in days. We thought for sure that we were going to lose the house. It was such a stressful time, but Matt was we always reassuring and kind to us. He worked so well with our real estate agents, Connie and Jerry and everything was seamless. I am positive that we would not have our home today if it wasnt for Matt. Buying a home is such a stressful process, but I would highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone that wants a caring, kind and hard-working team that will always advocate for his clients!
