10/10 the Best Experience! We sat down with Myles and Ron and talked about our finances and goals and were given steps to do some credit repair and additional saving and an estimated year to complete those goals. Then the most unexpected happened a month and a half later they called us back due to a program that came out for down payment assistance that they knew would assist us in our goal of home ownership and we needed to act fast on. We jumped at the chance and the very next 5 minutes Myles sent us listings and already made appointments to see properties for the very next morning. Although it was the most overwhelming time of our lives and the biggest purchase we have ever made we could not have done it without Myles and Ron they were not just professional and helpful but made this process enjoyable. I have been doing business with Ron for years. He sold me my first property in 2009, my mom her property in 2016 and my next property in 2023. I personally refer all my family and friends to him. He is an honest real estate agent, with a no pressure sales approach, he gives a lot of great feedback about the market and the local areas.
