        This restaurant claimed they never received my online order (I double-checked I was at the correct location), and they never offered any help whatsoever to resolve the matter. An employee asked the supervisor to come help me, but the supervisor never even tried talking to me; he just said a few words to her (I couldn't understand because it was in Spanish) and walked away. I showed my order confirmation email to the employee who then told me there was nothing they could do. I finally said I either need my order or a refund, and she said I would have to request a refund online -- what a horrible company policy and horrible customer service! As if that were not enough, there's more. Since I was already there and my family were at home waiting for their lunch, I decided to place the same order again in person, which they then got wrong. I did not receive one of the items I ordered and paid for, despite it being on my receipt. Wow... just wow. I will never visit this location again.
