Gave them a coupon and they didnt apply it. 1 star for not saving me money. How can your mascot be a Giant Star and you only get a 1 out of 5? Second Visit: Ordered a burger and fries. Got Al the way home and there were no fries. Called the location and the lady ARGUED with me. well I put them in there. I wouldnt be calling if you did! Only offered me to drive allllllll the way back to get some fries like Im the jerk that left them. Skip this place and go to a different carls if you must. $3 fries im not driving back >:( Never coming back here.

My recent visit to Carl's Jr. left me deeply disappointed and dismayed due to an unfortunate encounter with one of their staff members. Arriving at the restaurant close to 9 o'clock, I was uncertain if the front door would be open. As I approached, I noticed a staff member, whom standing by the door. I politely asked if the door was open, but to my surprise, instead of a simple answer, the lady staff reacted with hostility. Her immediate anger and use of profanity towards me were completely uncalled for and shocking. I struggled to comprehend what could have provoked such a reaction from a simple inquiry about the door being open. It was a deeply uncomfortable situation that left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.I urge Carl's Jr. management to take this matter seriously and ensure that their staff receive proper training, particularly in customer service and behavioral etiquette. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise reputable establishment. I sincerely hope that steps are taken to address this issue to prevent other customers from experiencing similar treatment in the future.
