        A customer service representative by the name of Jessie reached out to me to help me with a concern. He was patient, very concise in his explanations, thorough and understanding. He even sent me videos while we were on the phone together to further simplify things for me. He called me on a Saturday in the early evening when he was off work just to make sure I was quickly taken care of. What an exemplary example of superb customer service. Ephesus products are excellent and the company stands behind its products. I highly recommend this company for any mobility product purchaseLisa Palumbo
