What an awful experience.! Just one example, I met with doctor for initial appt. Gave him docs going over current medications, issues and past history. Did not review. Spent 10 minutes with me as new patient. One of the medications I have been prescribed for 4+ years was due for refill. I called office and talked to asst. 3 weeks prior to need of rx refill. Told b/c it is controlled substance the doc would call me... Never called. Now about to start new job and called yesterday twice and was told doc only reviews after 5 pm. They would call me asap. Did not happen, called today and Karen did not call back, called again and she finally said doc needed to do physical to get Rx . I said Iam starting new job on Monday and needed this Rx. She said if I agreed to physical a mi th later she would have the Rx called in .. again did not happen. This doc, Dr. Cilliani is lacking any patient skills and follow up. Remember I called 2 weeks prior to needing refill and at last moment they say I need a physical a month away. This is no way to run a practice. Dr. Jose Cilliani does not value high cost insurance patients and his office is managed poorly with no expectation to communicate in a timely fashion. Do not become a patient, you risk your health.

If you can avoid this clinic, do. Find another. Horrible experience. The reception staff is very rude and talk to patient in a horrible tone. Dr. Ciliani doesnt even listen to patients symptoms or allow them to explain why they came to an appointment. Hes rushed to leave the room and move on to the next patient. How are people supposed to truth medical professionals when they have to have this type of experience Truly disappointed with patient care (which is basically non existent) Busquen otro Doctor.

Dont go here. They will stop your medication to make you have multiple doctors visits. waiting for weeks for an appointment and the withdrawals are horrible. They will do whatever they can to charge your insurance.

Dr. Cilliani and Dr. Lane take such good care of my husband and I. I love that they lean toward more holistic approaches and aren't quick to just write prescriptions for everything. They really listen to what's going on and go through a process of elimination to determine where the issue may be coming from. Sylvia in the office is also amazing, she works with referrals and is always happy to help. We are incredibly grateful for Popular Medical Clinic! Yes, the wait times are very long, but definitely worth it for the quality of care.

DONT GO TO THIS DOCTORS THEY OVER BOOK PURPOSESY TO CHARGE A $25 LATE FEE IM DIABETIC TYPE 2 AND HAVE BEEN SEEING CELLIANI RAMOS FOR MORE THAN 4 YEARS AND THEY CAN CARE LESS OF YOUR CONDITION I WAS JUST TOLD IF I DONT PAY 25$ THEY'RE NOT GOING TO SEE ME AND IF YOUR ON TIME YOU WILL WAIT AT THE LEAST 1 HR WORST ESPERANCE I EVER HAD THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THERE CLIENTS AND IF YOU ARE MEDICAL THEY CANNOT CHARGE YOU ONLY YOUR INSURANCE if you are a victim OF THIS CALL CALOPTIMA A THEY WILL FILE A COMPLAINT FOR YOU AND WILL BE ADDRESSED
