St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group - Santa Ana

We LOVE our Saint Joseph Heritage URGENT CARE. But Especially, little Genisus she answers phones and All questions at the front desk. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Sometimes I call her, just to ask for her help regarding troubles I have in different departments. Shes just a little sweet heart. MOST of The doctors there are pretty great as well! I believe its in the City of ORANGE CA! Location: On CHAPMAN ave!!! In Orange County, California!!) My hubby, child and self have been going to this Urgent Care for 19 yrs. But only when our primary is to busy for us and its going to take 6 weeks before she even has an opening to see us! Grrrr (She will kindly see us: 6 weeks AFTER our sickness!!) THAT DOESNT MAKE ME very happy! Anyway, all I can do is speak for ourselves. And frankly, Im MUCH happier with Chapman Aves URGENT care than I am my own Doc!! We have certainly been VERY WELL taken care of there!

This rating is for the lab. They took an hour to collect blood and urine with no other patients there. The first blood draw was very painful and unsuccessful. After being there 1 hour they called me 20 minutes later at 4:50pm asking me to drive back in traffic because they messed up the urine collection. Totally unprofessional. Go to the lab in Orange they are great!
