Roger responded to my request for a quote on a job. He didn't show up on a scheduled time to repair my countertop. He was to reschedule the appointment but after messaging on Yelp several times as well as calling him and leaving messages on his phone he never responded. I would not recommend him.Roger finally followed up with me ONLY after I wrote a bad review. He initially told me he couldn't keep his appointment because several workers called in sick. Now he states he has a medical problem and won't be able to perform the work. I wished him God's speed with his medical problem. However, something doesn't ring true as he indicated he has several people working for him but he's not able to do my job? I'm an elderly man and needed his help with a job. He then got upset with me apparently from the poor review and responded to me: "As I stated, I've been in severe pain and occupied in getting my insurance correct, so I saw your review after the fact and could care less if you believe me or not.  Hey maybe I got lucky by getting this bulging disk.... I might have gotten a heart attack if I actually did business with you and repaired your seam.This is a totally unhinged response. Is this someone you would trust???

So glad we found Crica. Roger and Chris took the time to make sure we picked the right product for our upscale rental. They got us an excellent deal with the manufacturer. We even had a change of product that required them to return a slab and pick up a replacement. They gave us no hassle about it and even got us a better deal. Original order was for kitchen counters & bar but we ended up adding a fireplace surround and linen top. It took about 2 months from start to finish due to city permit delays but once we gave Crica the thumbs up to start, it only took about a week-and-a-half from measure to install. REALLY enjoyed working with this family-owned business. Met their dad a couple times when dropping payment and picking up additional linen slab.

Work is good, I'd give more stars if they weren't dodging my calls when they still have a slab of mine for two vanities.
