This is a bait-and-switch type of business. I purchased a new Echo Trimer online when I tried to pick it up they tried to sell me something else, claiming they didn't have the item.

Wouldnt recommend buying anything online. They lack communication, they never reply to emails and they never communicate with the customer if they dont have it in stock since the online site is not even updated. I had to contact multiple times why my $400 order wasnt shipped. Then after resolving issues they still didnt ship anything out so I just cancelled the order, after almost two weeks. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY
