Though my case has been adjudicated and resolved for 3 years I wanted to share my experience with Attorney Steve Scardino and the GEKLAW firm. As will happen in W/C cases periodically additional medical tests to address the Injuries I sustained and all parties agreed upon become necessary. Upon my need, Steve stood in the gap for me immediately. He communicated with the County, the W/C case worker and opposing council and I was granted literally every medical procedure or exam that I needed to maintain my health. Due to Steve's prior work on my case and his professional demeanor in dealing with the court, council and W/C system, I never experience a delay in my care. Trust me this is huge when your in pain and in need. Steve understand this. I am never a "previous client" to him, Im a person he knows and has fought for and he expended a great deal of time, energy and skill defending my case to get me the absolute best outcome as possible.
