Extremely unsatisfactory experience. I will just share my story and people can decide whether I am right. My case got assigned to this attorney on a Friday. Staff told me three business days to send me email and schedule a phone call with the lawyer. Three days later nothing at all. So I called again and another staff told me that one girl left so everything is disorganized. I can understand, another few days and finally schedule me a phone call on a Tuesday (already 10 days from initial call) at 3pm. I waited until 5 pm and in the meantime I called and emailed. They just let me wait the lawyer to call me. But no call at all eventually. No respect to me at all.

Incredible attorneys and staff I am so glad that I found them I wouldn't go anywhere else. They took every caution and care with everything that I needed and put me at ease.

Attorneys who represent me are a text away, and responsive if they are in trial for the day and unavailable for immediate assistance. I switched to RTL and am so glad I did. They get to know you, and work with you, and work for you, to get the most desirable outcome!

I have read a couple of the few negative reviews this firm has and could not disagree with them more. I have been a client of Arthur Travieso twice and both times he has done an excellent job of advocating for me and accomplishing the legal objectives I sought in my cases. He is smart and aggressive in a thoughtful way and truly cares for his clients. He will go to bat for you. His staff is attentive and responsive. To the couple of disgruntled former clients who obviously owe the firm money and are trying to justify nonpayment I would simply say that if you were unhappy with their services from the get-go why did you continue using their services and taking advantage of the results they got for you and only started complaining after they asked you to pay for the work they had already done. I happily paid my bills to this firm as they got me the results I wanted.  I highly recommend Mr. Travieso and his firm.
