They had a wonderful selection of wedding and engagement rings. We found exactly what we wanted and were given a date of when it would be made and ready to be picked up. This was during the holidays, between Thanksgiving and Christmas, a busy time. I asked if they could rush it so I could have the ring to propose during our Hawaiian vacation. They were magnificent and delivered it early. I highly recommend South Coast Jewelers.

I didn't have a great experience here. They charged me almost $500 to resize 3 rings - and they still don't fit well! They had a very haughty attitude with me and seemed annoyed when I asked for the ring to be sized again. They did adjust it, but it really still doesn't fit well.

I had the amazing opportunity to work with Jenny to create a customized engagement ring and band(s) for my fianc and me. Throughout the process, her attention to detail and personalized approach really showed and the end product was absolutely incredible! I highly recommend her and the rest of the folks at South Coast Jeweler for any and all jewelry needs.

This review is long overdue, but thank you so much to the South Coast Jeweler team for helping my husband and I the perfect rings for our engagement and wedding! We stopped by randomly while we were in town one afternoon last August and Tom was there to help us with everything. That was the first time we ever went ring shopping and Tom was super knowledgeable and hilarious! We went to a couple of other places after and they confirmed everything that Tom recommended about sizing, settings, etc. I absolutely love my engagement ring and we went back here to get our wedding bands as well. Jenny was also super helpful and patient since I was very indecisive. We ended up planning a wedding pretty last minute, but South Coast Jeweler was able to get my wedding band done with plenty of time to spare. Anytime we are in town, we stop by for a cleaning and my rings are always so clean and sparkly each time. I feel so bad I forgot the other gentleman's name at the store, but he is so kind and helpful each time as well! Thank you so much to everyone at South Coast Jeweler! We've been recommending your store to everyone we know who is in the market for engagement rings/wedding bands :)
