Diego responds swiftly to all emails. Provides proposals in a timely manner, and as of today, we have no complaints of the work he does. We hire him to strip and wax our showroom floors and occasionally, the steam clean and seal the restrooms.

Express OC did a fantastic job on my floors! Warehouses tend to get super dirty over time, and mine was no exception. They scrubbed and vacuumed the floors in the warehouse and left them in fantastic shape! Their team was quick and and finished even quicker than I thought. They were great about working around my schedule and I'm super happy with the results. I'll definitely use them again in the future!

I am a minority, service connected disabled vet small business. I lease a smaller office in a larger building with a larger business in the front. We are separate companies. The other business apparently has not been paying their bill to this company. I have continuously and after the first service of December 2021 they never came back. Finally the other day they responded to one of our emails and told us about the company in the front and that they were not coming back until they paid them. That included our business as well, and not only that, but they were applying the credit of the money we paid them for the month that they did not service our office for, to the other companies account. Again, I Have nothing to do with that company, so they are now taking my money for someone else debt. Not right and I do not recommend this company. They have not serviced us in over 3 weeks, but took my money to do so. They are not answering emails or phone calls.
