Hired for social media ad, SEO services and website development. After agreement they never called and never let me know what's going on. I used their service for 5 months and never got even a single call from customer. Not professional and this is waste of money. Strongly not recommend to any one.

Paid $1800 for services that were not provided. After two months of waiting for a single social media posting , they didn’t pull through. Very very minimum effort is put towards your business once the initial fees are paid for. They did not post on any social media for two whole months. As a new business I would not recommend brand rep as they have been ignoring and slacking on my business page and social media since I paid in full. I have switched between two brand reps that seem to be half asleep all the time. 0/10 would not recommend. Poor follow ups and nonexistent social media posting. Promised to be able to get a refund if not satisfied in the first 90 days but they only give refunds if the services started in 24hours or less. Con artist central.
