ERM is incredible. Needing to purchase insurance isn't the most sexy thing on the planet, and can be pretty annoying. When I needed to purchase a group health insurance plan for my company Mike Runkle was responsive, fast, and efficient. he made something that is usually annoying a painless process. 10/10 would recommend.

The company I currently work for has been with ERM Insurance for over a year. Since coming on board, I have been working with Mike Runkle at ERM Insurance and have been very impressed with his great customer service and response to any questions that arise. Mike and the entire staff at ERM Insurance are there for all questions from myself as well as our employees.

I just have to start by saying that this review is the least o could do for Mike Runkle at ERM Insurance. He has been our broker for over 5 years and I can't begin to say how wonderful and caring he is towards his clients. He has gone above and beyond any expectations that you could have when it comes to trusting someone with such important decisions for your life. Not only is he very educated in what he does he also is the most diligent, responsive, and honest person my family and I have worked with. Mike has done everything he could for us from car,health, and life insurance and has never steered us in the wrong direction. If you truly want someone who cares and listens to what you are looking for or need Mike is most definitely your go to guy. I have to say thank you for all you have done and we will continue to work with you and ERM Insurance! And referring you to anyone we know! Putting our trust into someone who proves they are looking for your best interest is what he is about.
