    I walked into this store and the two women working there first time being in there. I never felt so uncomfortable being in a store one lady helped me then a second can and mentioned to me that she going take over. When I was asking her questions she made me feel stupid like I don't know anything about purses. I love purses and have so many from Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior from Gucci and many other name brands so I pretty much know about purses but when I asked her a question about one per She mentioned well these are two different types but with attitude I felt like I was bothering her. I dont know if she was prejudice, because I was Hispanic and she was white.I would never want to step into the store again Ive been in customer service and for many many years, and I will make sure if this is the first time someone walks into my store I will make them feel so welcome and pay attention to them that they will want to buy from my store. Your first impression is always the most important one so whoever is the owner of the store, maybe you may want to coach their employees how to make customers feel welcome.

    Came in for an online order pick up & what I thought was going to be a repair on a bag I thought had a "lifetime" warranty. I've been carrying Harveys for over ten years and have never had an issue with repairs, they were so good in the past, even replaced a zipper at no charge because I didn't like it. But to my dismay I was told I'd have to pay for the repair (the liner has a small, inch'ish, tear) because it was "normal wear & tear". I take very good care of my bags, store them in dustbags & containers. But the lady who was helping me "checked" with her manager & came back with the same answer. And if the liner was replaced it wouldn't be with the same one, it'd be a different color. Now let's also address the person, lady, woman, girl, chick who helped me, first off you need to press a button to be let in, now mind you she was right there & I can only guess saw me at the door, tired to open it twice but wasn't til I literally pressed the button that she opened it. In the past the girls at the front are so bubbly & seem to be happy to be there & to help, not this one. She also never asked about my online order after asking her manager about my bag!!!! Let's clarify that while she was in the back, or wherever she went, someone else had come out & got that taken care of for me. I've just become so disenchanted with this beloved company. I love that they're local, vegan and made sturdy bags with a lifetime warranty but over the past few years the quality (zippers, liners, hardware) has really gone by the wayside and now I see the customer service as also followed suit. I'm just so sad as I really loved this company & the people behind when I found them over a decade ago but I rarely buy new, I constantly look for older, better quality bags in the secondary markets. #vegan #local #
