Been coming here for a few years until today. The lady basically scolded me for not picking up my items for about two weeks. I was out of the country but I didn't need to explain my personal business to her. While I was filling out the form to leave three shirts after the episode, I changed my mind and asked for my items back. She basically threw me my items on the counter after I told her. I didn't order attitude but it was on the house that day.Place isn't well kept either. Wouldn't doubt there's mice running around in there. If you need dry cleaning your best bet is going somewhere else.
