I came here for the first time last week. I dropped off 2 jackets and 2 hats. Before dropping off I spoke to a young woman working there and asked if the material on the sleeves were alright since they were pleather. She told me it was totally fine, however when I went to pick up my jackets and got home one of them was completely destroyed :( I'm only giving 3 stars because I felt like they did a good job on my other jacket and hats. That being said be wary of pleather, and they straight up did not even mention the damage (even though you can see it clear as day). I'm not sure I would give them another chance with damage like that

I have been coming here for years. They are always solid. I actually still go here even though it is out of the way since I moved.
