Im a first time mom, Im trying my best. I put my faith in my OBGYN here to help me go through my pregnancy as smooth & stress free as possible as well preform all the tests that were needed In the time span they are needed, but they did NOT come through. They DREW MY BLOOD for my 2nd trimester screening & I was JUST told by the state (Bc thats who I had to call to get answers since all they did was give me the runaround every time I called for information/test results) that my blood was drawn to early & it was considered invalid so the test wasnt preformed & its too late for me to take the test now. 1) WHY would you draw my blood for that test if it was to early in the first place? 2)WHY couldnt someone communicate with me to let me know that the test wasnt able to be preformed so I could get my blood drawn again and make up for it in the whole MONTH that I still had to take it? Im honestly so frustrated & heart broken I put my trust in their hands thinking they would do the best for me & my baby but this was a MAJOR let down. I need peace of mind knowing that everything is okay with my baby, these are important tests that need to be done especially within certain timeframes & for a medical facility to not even be able to communicate with me & let me know what was going on is beyond upsetting. Thank goodness I changed the facility where I get my prenatal care. Ive never written a review on any place before, but this has me so stressed I needed to speak my mind & let others know how their lack of professionalism & communication really affects others.
