0 Stars if I could, very rude lady answered the phone. Just kept repeating they aren't accepting people now. She didn't even listen to what I was asking for.

Amanda McAlister , I would like to give 5 stars . One of the most caring drs I have ever met. The one star, and really I would like to give no stars to the girls at the front desk. I am nothing , but polite to them and they are so extremely rude. I have had 2 situations where they have lied to me to rush me off the phone. Its so upsetting. I have had to call in for important reasons like results from an irregular mammogram and they act like they dont want to help me. This is where we are vulnerable and its painful to see this kind of patient service. Its disturbing to be honest.

Amanda: 5 stars Dr Hamzeh: not sure, 3 stars Front office: 2 stars for causing me headaches, failing to request prior auth, now I'm being billed over $3,000. Too bad because they did a great job for 2 yrs. I probably won't be going back ever.
