I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. They lied to me multiple times about the progress of my project, promised completion dates that they never met, and after 60 days of waiting for a simple project (hanging four pictures), I had to resort to reversing charges on my credit card just to get their attention.
To make matters worse, when I confronted them about their incompetence and demanded a refund for their failure to deliver, they actually had the audacity to blackmail me for more money to complete the job. It's outrageous and unacceptable to be treated this way as a paying customer.
I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away from this company. Their dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and unethical business practices are nothing short of a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and find a sign company that actually values its customers and delivers on its promises.
