Martina is the best thing that's ever happened to me. After going back and forth on whether or not I needed a lawyer, I finally decided to make a few calls and speak with a few different attorneys. Martina right off the bat was the most informative, helpful and was the only one who seemed genuinely invested in helping. Most other attorneys I spoke with had a very cavalier attitude. She was very easy to get ahold of throughout the duration of my case, and consistently kept me in loop as to any changes/progress being made. I have never felt like someone worked harder for me in my entire life, and retaining her services is without a doubt the best decision I've ever made.

Normally I'm not the one to place bad reviews, but I'm looking out for people's lively hood. & It seems like she either has her bad reviews filtered or removed. At first working with Martina was good, she seemed compassionate & understanding. She kept me updated with my husband's case. E-mailed me back pretty quickly & answered my questions. The moment we started asking questions & asking for copies of documents she kept beating around the bush & started being very hostile. She kept pushing us to sign the deal the d.a. offered. She finally pulled out of our case we pursued out case with our public defender. After our public defender reviewed our case she found so many mistakes that Ms.Tienart had made. Our case ended in trail, but with our P.D's help most of the charges got dropped. If you are fighting a CRIMINAL Case I would NOT recommend this attorney. She is unexperienced in this area. Retain someone with more experience and who has more compassion for what they do. She doesn't really care & doesn't realize that she's playing with people's lives, including their families.

Martie is a very thorough and competent professional who I could tell is very passionate of her work. She is amply professional and always had my best interests in mind. I was always informed with Martie as my attorney and I always felt like I was in very good hands. She never missed a scheduled meeting and she always took my calls at all times. I truthfully feel like I have an attorney that I could call for all matters. What I especially like about Martie is her calm and comforting demeanor. She is always very positive, straight forward, and is down to earth which made me feel comforted throughout my case. She is a solid lawyer who practices nothing but the best customer service methods with high code and ethical standards. I would not hesitate to recommend Martie to friends and family for any criminal or family law needs.
