If you are a defendant or litigant with a case pending before this court, you best pray that jurist Kathleen OLeary is assigned to the panel reviewing your case. If not, you may fail in your quest, even if you are legally entitled to relief. If your case is reviewed by Fybel, Thompson, Bedsworth, or Moore, and your superior court decision was rendered by a Republican judge appointed by a Republican governor, you are screwed. If you are acting as a pro se litigant and the previous mentioned four jurists are on your panel, AND Justice OLeary is NOT one of the three, you may be screwed, regardless of the merit of your case. The famous four, Fybel, Moore, Bedsworth, and sadly, Thompson are non-dissenting jurists. These four judicial imposters have made a non-written pact with each other to never dissent the others opinion, no matter how unfair. In most cases, the unfair opinion stems from the appellate justices desire to favor and protect a superior court judge bearing the same political affiliation. Concurring opinions released in bad faith are designed to discourage judicial scrutiny by the Supreme Court of California. It is quite effective, until In v. RV, a case decided by Superior Court Judge Deborah Servino. Two other discretion abusing jurist retired within the last two months, good riddens Ikola and Aronson, hopefully the famous four will follow. Thank God OLeary doesnt partake in this behavior, hopefully retire replacements dont partake.
