I recently had the pleasure of working with MFK Construction to re-build my patio deck, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was top-notch. They were always on time, super professional, and greeted me with a smile every day. Not to mention, they were incredibly tidy - always cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. The management team kept me in the loop with regular email updates, which made the whole process seamless. Having them work on my home was truly a pleasure, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality construction work.

MFK was great fixing up my water damaged balcony deck. The deck was only 7 years old, but not correctly seal originally and lacked proper slope, so it became waterlogged and rotten. They replaced all the rotten parts, reinforced the existing wood, sprayed mold killer, updated the slope for proper drainage, and properly sealed it with a new floor. Great communication throughout the entire process and very professional.

Hire this amazing construction team and you wont be disappointed! They do both pro rough work and finish work and leave no detail unaddressed, and the work area super clean when done. Ran a tight ship with clear, organized communication every step of the way, finding and fixing, for a fair price, my 6+ year old issues with rain transgressing my stucco wall. Patched holes and installed water proofing, restuccod and painted, along with replacing some fascia boards which had been the origin of one large hole in the house.

Mitch and his team are impressive. We utilized his services for a government property, and an important factor is prevailing wages. While he was not previously set up to do so, he made the effort to register his company with the DIR specifically to take on our project. A big reason why I recommend this team is because Mitch communicated and followed up with progress and challenges throughout the lifespan of our project. He also set realistic expectations time-wise. A specific thank you to Mitch's team. They are friendly and did an excellent job with their portion of our project. The finished work looks great and the city is happy. I will definitely be referring to him in the future for projects.
