Buyer Be Ware!!! I ordered deck o seal from their on-line site, and when it arrived 3 days later, the seal was 3 months out of date by manufacture use date. When I contacted them, I received emails from 3 different people. The issue was never settled! Representatives never got back, and they just kept pawning me off to next person.

Employees were casually making transphobic comments and spewing political nonsense, making it an uncomfortable shopping experience. I just wanted to buy my parts and leave as soon as possible. Was quoted for $62 for a new capacitor but found the same part on Amazon for $15. I wanted to help support a local business but I'm staying away from this place from now on.

I placed an order for pool railings. The order didn't arrive when expected, and Waterline did nothing to help me locate it, other than refer me to the shipper their own vendor used to send my rails. Unacceptable. I bought from Waterline and it was Waterline's responsibility to figure out the SNAFU for me. I give them 5 stars for the quality/price of the product they sold me. I give them -3 stars for customer service. Awful. Net stars: 2
