Oh man where do I start. My son is part of a quince so he needed a suit. Everyone was scheduled for 4pm I work and couldnt get off so I called and she said I could come Friday morning. I saw online they opened at 10 came and she wasnt here. Called her and she said 11:30 we came back at 11:35 she wasnt here. I texted her she did t answer. There was a guy here but wasnt helping and he ended up leaving us alone in the store. The owner ended up coming around noon and was finally able to help. Its unacceptable. If you cant be at your own store just change the hours to noon its not hard. Wasting peoples time and saying something and doing something else is horrible. Never again will I come here.

Completely unprofessional. We ordered centerpieces for a party and were promised them A week before the event. We called and asked when they would be ready and they said it wouldnt be done 2 days before the event.
When we finally came to pick them up when the store was supposed to be open at 10am we called and the owner said she wouldnt be there until 12pm. We arrived at 12pm and only the photographer was there. He was rude and unhelpful saying he doesnt help customers and kicked us out. We called the owner and said she was late cause she needed to pickup her mom from the airport! Completely unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE!
