Do not recommend going here for axle replacement, their supplier is subpar. The issue was it would wobble against the knuckle and cause a metallic like screech when turning. They told me multiple times it was the brakes which I knew/had video evidence it was not. I confirmed with another auto shop that my brakes were indeed fine and that the axle was the problem. They offered to replace it as it was under warranty, but just a heads up labor is not covered. I decided to get the issue resolved at the other shop as I did not trust their supplier or them to correctly install the part. Front desk personnel are nice, but I feel you're better off going to another place for more complicated jobs.

Came here last week to have vehicle checked for excessive vibration while in drive & on idle(when stopped at a red light for example) Left car there to diagnose. Got a call a bit later from Albert & was told 3 of my 4 motor mounts were bad & that THIS WAS THE ISSUE FOR THE VIBRATION. Got quoted $1200. We settled on repairing 2 of the 3 worst mounts & that it would really help reduce the vibration but not completely 100% for $700. I went this route since I told them I'm selling the car & this was the last thing I needed done to be comfortable to sell. A significant reduction in the vibration would make me feel better when selling the car & also not needing to fork out $1200. Picked up the car next morning before work & driving to work noticed NO CHANGE IN VIBRATION! Called Midas back & Albert answered. Told him the issue & he said to bring it back & they'll see what's going on. Took it back after work few days later & was told its not the motor mounts & that it would have to be something else. I paid $700 & the aggressive vibration was still exactly the same as I first took it. Albert said the motor mounts were bad & had to be replaced. Ok I understand that BUT he told me THAT WAS THE ISSUE FOR THE AGGRESSIVE VIBRATION over the phone & again in person when clearly IT....WAS...NOT. To me this is bad business practice & the Better Business Bureau needs to be made aware. He didn't try to fix my problem by refunding at least an amount back from the $700. I left there donating $700 & left with nothing fixed. I drove off shocked at what had just happened & very very disappointed. Never had an issue like this with any of my cars in my 25+ years of owning them. Be careful when considering this Midas & especially this location for vehicle repairs/maintenance.

I've been coming to this location since 2014 and never once I was disappointed. Albert, is always honest about what your car needs, never lie about service that you don't need. He loves his business as much as he loves his customers, I would never trust anyone else to service my cars the way Albert takes care of them.
