They don't answer me anymore

Do not trust this company and even less the person who told me how sharp (Monica) has terrible service. I went to insure my car for $318 after what the law requires. Something that they didn't accept me at the court window because they didn't give me a receipt and apart from me, the person at the court said that I could print that paper whatever I wanted. They wanted a receipt. That same day we went back to pick up the receipt and call the police and they never gave me back, until I saw the receipt it wasn't $318 it was $313, what Monica was doing is a robbery apart from the fact that I know what He does not know what he is doing with his job, he was asked for a copy of what was signed and he told me that they did not give copies, he was asked for his license number and he acted like he did not listen, he was asked to speak to the manager and her words. They were that was not going to happen, now as I have to wait for my refund in the mail, and they are going to continue having problems. If these things keep repeating themselves.

Do not trust this company or waste your time coming here if you're looking for an honest or trustworthy company. I called to get a quote for a full coverage policy with a $500 deductible. I accepted the phone quote and paid the full amount. They sent me my paperwork hours later, which I saw they gave me $1000 deductible which was not what I agreed upon. When I noticed, I called right away and let them know. I spoke to Cynthia who said she was the manager. She right away told me that insurance companies no longer offer the $500 deductible. I told her that's definitely not true because I was getting quotes all day that were offering me that. She then put me on hold for 15 minutes, came back and said she can offer me the $500 deductible but it would be an additional $10-$15 per month, I declined. She then put me on hold again for another 15 minutes to tell me that I would have to sign the documents she sent me (with the wrong terms)! I refused, and told her I will not sign something that I did not agree to, on top of that some of the documents were in spanish.( I do not understand spanish.) She then put me on another long hold and said that I have to write something in paper and text it to her saying that I don't want the policy. Waiting on my refund currently. Waste of time.

Until today with Rosa, good service but her assistant was terrible, but when one is not satisfied with the service I terminate it and I will look for another insurance agent.....
