I would like to thank the "Park on First" team immensely for all their help, manager Kimberly and agents Darren, Dallas and Andres, they were very helpful, they helped me a lot with my move and with all the pertinent questions. The entire application process was very simple and quick. Dallas leasing agent went above and beyond, never hesitated to help me. Thank you "Park on First" team for making mine and my girlfriend's dream come true and we are very happy with our new apartment.

Amazing Staff, they are so friendly and the property is spectacular! Multiple Gyms, Kick boxing gym etc very Modern!

Not a resident yet, but we recently visited this property and fell in love. The property is stunning and has every amenity you could ever need. Everyone we encountered on the property management team was wonderful, Kimberly went above and beyond with providing us with all the details we need to make our big decision. I will be so excited if it works out for us!

I gave them a holding deposit and got denied because of income and I have spoken to two leasing agents and was told I will get my deposit but haven't received anything its been over 6 months at this point. So poor communication.

I have been waiting for a return on my deposit since December 6th, 2023. It's the middle of March now, and management STILL hasn't returned my money back yet. Mayra, the operational manager, lied to me. She said a check was mailed out, but they mailed it to the wrong address. I asked her why they would mail out a check to an address that I never gave them. So she said she would send out another check and said it was confirmed to be sent out on February 6, 2024. That must've been another lie, because there's nothing still -no updates, no check.
They are now ignoring my emails and dismissing my calls. I will be filing a small claims case now against them because they haven't paid me back my money, and I've tried to get it back for the last 3 months. Management ignores you if you're contacting them about something other than leasing a new apartment, so if you need help getting your deposit back, you'll be out of luck. I would avoid this place because the management is HORRIBLE.

In response to Management's response to my review: I HAVE been emailing the email address you wrote, and calling the number you listed! That's the problem! Despite doing those things, I still am waiting for responses back regarding my check! WHY DO YOU THINK I WROTE THIS REVIEW?!
Management's response to my review is all an act that they're trying to rectify the situation. My review AND their response are public, so they don't want to look bad to future tenants who are reading these reviews. Don't be fooled because they aren't reaching back out to me when I ask for updates about my check. AVOID THIS PLACE. They will not care about you if you end up in a similar situation, since they want to keep your money.
