Villa Del Sol Apartment Homes

I lived in Villa del Sol for One year. It was a lovely experience to live there. Office and Maintenance are very supportive and fast. The only suggestion I do have- please improve or increase parking. Highly recommend for future tenant.

The laundry is always dirty and most of the machines are ALWAYS out of service. Out of 17 washer only only 6 are working. For almost 3k a month in rent this place needs to do better! Thats not including the parking issues and how often apartments need maintenance!

In the laundry place close to my apartment there are six dryers not working for months and two washing machine not working. We talked to administration and only answer is they're waiting for parts but it's been months already. The tables for recreation are closed with yellow tape for two months already. Update 1/22/24: the recreation tables are now fixed thank you. Laundry machines still scheduled for maintenance.

The worst place to live, the truth is, the workers are rude, but to Mrs. Aracely, my respects go to her, but to the others, they are despots, you don't know. Address the client well, the apartments are super small and the rent is 3100. I hope you never come back here. The parking spaces you have to keep getting married because they don't even offer you another parking space for another car when in other apartments they give you up to 2 and no one moves you from your parking well this is my humble opinion just a piece of advice DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THESE APARTMENTS LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION
