United Health Centers - Sanger 7th Street

Stood in line for 2 minutes. Nobody even spoke to me or, greeted me nothing. Then I go back for my vitals. And they've got me It all messed up, Paperwork says I'm there for a refill, but in actually I'm there to get a referral for surgery. The doctor Had no clue why I was there and then got upset with me when I had an Attitude.

Horrible i went in just for a doctors note just to be waiting and watching people coming after me get called up before me. Its a 2 minute process and they treat it like its a a full on phsical. I have prescribed medication that keeps me from doing things and i need a doctors note but the workers rather just be behind the counter gossiping like theyre still in highschool like come on you are on the clock theres a time and place for everything after you clock out you are free to do what ever you want but the second you clock you supposed to do your job in helping out the community. Stay out of the Sanger one worst staff ever i recommend the one one peach and shaw they explain everything to you

This office has seen me since its opening. All the 2 letter and 4 letter staffed doctors have been absolutely amazing to me including majority of the front desk. But today there was just one older lady sitting directly in front of their management office who was so condescending the ENTIRE time. Not only that, but is it common practice to use missed appointments as a punishment for not being seen? This is a genuine managerial question. Because this employee most definitely made me seem to believe that a missed appointment is the reason I wont be seeing my doctor today. If that is the case, god bless you.

I brought my daughter in first thing in the morning (8:30am) for a urinalysis. We were told there was only 1 person in doing labs. We waited an hour and a half for a urinalysis!? I know that there is paper work involved and labels to be printed. But for a UA in a cup!?? Plus they told my daughter that labs are only on walk in basis. Ive had my mom come in for labs as well and the wait time was from 1 hour to 2 hours if not a bit over every time I brought her; The only reason we kept coming back was because the nurse practitioner Ramanpreet Sandhu. She was amazing and understanding.

The nurse Leticia Navarro is literally the worst person I ever met, I requested her talk to me on Spanish because my English its not the best because I only have two years living in CA, and she start asking me where do I born, I told her in USA, but grew up in MX, and she told me why do I said that I born in USA and dont speak English, she got mad because she ask me many things about my vaccines, and other stuff and I told her that honestly I dont know, and she get out mad of the room saying she want to put me to working, im sorry? I think thats what she get paid, and I didnt even know that now the nurses are migratory officers.
