        I just called to ask for information. and a very rude woman answered me, when I asked her if she was speaking to sotuh bay she didn't even let me finish and she said "yes.yes.yes. What do you want?"....and I asked her if she was busy and she told me "Yes I am on another call ok"...and then I hung up!...What bad service...they should remove her from her position!!!...
