I wasn't expecting much, but this was atrocious. We stayed maybe 6 hours before leaving and sleeping in the car instead. The room next door had a fire, so the ceiling and outlet in our room that shared a wall had charred marks on them. The door was melted and had clearly been broken down. You could see into our room from the outside as there was such a large gap and we could not turn off the lights because then the outlet didn't get power. Plus the deadbolt didn't work because the door was so broken. The place was not clean and did not include the wet bar I paid extra for. I booked an extended stay and now am out hundreds of dollars and a place to sleep because they said the refund won't hit my account for at least 5 days. They also are charging me for the 6 hours I stayed there. Absolute garbage. Just sleep in your car like everyone else in that parking lot... Safety: I did not feel safe whatsoever.
