Diego did a good job, except the stairs are not clean and the rug needs a second touch up cleaning. Services: Carpet steam cleaning, Area rug cleaning

My property manager sent them to my apartment before I moved in. The house was clean when I moved in.

I did not request the business but, my property management sent them out to finish or complete a service for carpet care. I rate them my selection just do to what felt like an incomplete task. Its not necessary a negative outlook. But the company that had done carpet treatment and repair made sure to leave the area better than new. My daughter had inquired after this last visit, if they would be returning to finish and I was confused because the gentleman that had come out made it seem the task was complete. Unfortunately, she had noticed that the carpet was left in a state that looks as if work is still needing to be done. Basically, Im not an expert or in the line of work but the carpet is not tucked in where it cannot or is not to be lifted? Im not sure if Im explaining this correctly. But Ive been called and texted more than twice now to review the servicehere is the review.
