Terrible service, I went to reopen my account and an employee asked me if I lived in Tijuana, I told him yes and he told me that I could not open an account if I lived in Mexico, I have all my documents in order to be able to open my account and this The employee flatly refused, I don't remember his name, only that he helped me on Wednesday, March 6 at 3:30 in the afternoon, then I went to Wells Fargo in Palomar and there they were able to help me, unlike the previous employee at this branch. The customer service is simply terrible and I highly doubt that people who reside in Mexico cannot open an account in this bank.

Terrible service, they are incompetent, they make you wait and wait for hours and they don't know how to do their job or attend. If they don't know, they should be trained. Or that they give the opportunity to other people who really get the job done and treat people better.
