        Mrs. Leticia Becerra kept me waiting for an hour and never attended to me even though there was no one else, not to mention her lack of education.

        Terrible service, there is no word to deliver what was agreed, I agreed that in 3 days they would deliver everything and what I asked for (plates, registration and title) More than 20 days and in addition he charged me 45 dlls more and in 2 weeks the title will arrive. Just round and round. Better to waste an entire day at the DMV than leave your paperwork in incompetent hands.
