Family own business. Awesome shop. Awesome owners. Deepak and his wife are super chill and nice people. They sell good quality knives. They have to make a living - but their prices are very reasonable. Dont be cheap - support small business! If you cant get along with them problem probably lies with you.

They had a great selection of knives and the website said both knives i had searched for to replace a knife my husband cherished. I placed the order and was initially charged and was emailed confirmation# for order placed. Then the charges dropped off an it was like nothing happened. I appreciate that the charges were dropped since I did not receive the knives but I don't care for the zero response I got from either email I sent and no answer or call back when called during posted business hours. I can understand discrepancies in inventory but just communicate with us. In all honesty I know my husband would still love to have that knife. Help me resolve this so I can post a 5 and tell everyone about it. Thank you

Placed order, they didnt have knife in stock, they didnt charge my card but never bothered to tell me no knife was coming!
