I bought my last two cars here and will probably continue to do so with future cars. In the past I had difficult experiences at dealerships. I always found sales people to be aggressive and make me uncomfortable in the transaction. Rhino Motors helped me find the car I wanted without being too pushy. They are transparent and took care of everything before I took off with my new ride.

Had a 2014 jetta advertised at $16500. Talked to the salesman and he confirmed price stating the boys had dropped it $2000. Told them I'd take it and to send me paperwork. Purchased airfare and opened Paperwork to purchase and price was $18500. Talked to them they and they said they had advertised the wrong price even though they had verbally confirmed it. Buyers beware. Unwilling to compromise.

I cant speak to the other reviews however, my experience could not be different. I was searching for my first car. I thought about Durangos, Romeos, etc. I ended up deciding on a 2013 Tesla Model S. I started looking on caravana when I stumbled into this dealerships website. I gave them a call because their Tesla was significantly cheaper than any others on the market. I was helped by a very kind lady. I called the next day to confirm that I had the correct time down. I spoke to Al that time, he confirmed and was very kind. I showed up with my girlfriend to look at the car that day. Its a little over a two hour drive but it was worth it. This Tesla had some interesting problems. For one, the hubcap was missing on the back left tire and the front headlights had a electrical problem (nothing Tesla wont fix for free). The hubcaps were a $25 dollar fix on Amazon. I brought my mom to sign off on the car since Im not 18, he was very patient with my mom and made the process quick and easy. He even gave me directions to the nearest charger. We pushed this Tesla to its limits leaving the Bay Area. No problems with the 2017 tires, and the battery is in pretty good condition for a 2013. Overall, this dealership is better than most. I hope to refer my friends to this place for a long time! -Few months later update. All of the problems are fully fixed, and its now on the 4G network. Overall Ive spent 1k making this car function and feel like a new car. Meaning I saved about 14k compared to any other dealership. Crazy stuff. Thank you guys!
