Katherine was an integral part of our home purchasing team, she helped us through multiple offers an historically competitive market. Having talked to a couple of big bank lenders and getting little help or no response Katherine was breath of fresh air. She helped flag potential issues ahead of an offer and guided us through the steps needed to secure the loan.
