I have worked with Roy on 1 home purchase and 3 Refi’s. I can’t say enough about working with him. He is extremely experienced, competent and also trustworthy and ethical. He has advised me on occasion to not refi as he wants to make sure I can gain the cost back and that it is always advantageous for me.
