I am currently in a transaction with this company and their level of professionalism is horrendous. It has been over 2 weeks since I had any update from Ben or his team. They simply do not answer the phone anymore. For any Realtors out there, be careful when accepting offers from anyone associated with this company.

The moment we had a call with Nilang we felt so much comfortable. He was very careful and waited for the good interest rate before processing. He never pushed us to decide aything in a hurry. His subject matter expertise in loan processing was exceptional. He was always there to answer and guide us in a right direction. The process was so easy and way too quick.
