In a crazy market, Decatur and his team got the job done! I cannot express how easy Decatur made the process. He was very responsive whenever I reached out to him and when it was time to make an offer on a home, Decatur had a plan of action to accomplish the job. Decatur is the best realtor and a really good guy ! He helped us buy a home for our son and the experience with the loan company was a nightmare. Thank god Decatur was there to help. He had to talk me down of a ledge a few times after dealing with eagle home morgage ( a nightmare company. I would never use them EVER. Decatur answered every question and responded every single time I needed him. After our nightmare with EHM he was able to set us up with JMJ Financial (great service) and get our home closed. I would highly recommend Decatur ! And would use him in the future ! Thanks god everything sir ! Good will certainly bless you for all your hard work !

I truly Dont know where to begin. My entire experience with EXP realty was amazing. I got everything I could possibly want and need. A true one stop shop for your homebuying experience. From the way Decatur handled adversity to the delivery of complete service. I was so impressed with this entire company I bought stock in them because thats how much I believe in them. My family doesnt normally give reviews for a job well done when all workers should have a goal of doing a good job. But, in this case we have to make an exception. To understand this exception, you have to understand why. This was not our first home purchase and we were not compelled to buy, but rather patient. We were very meticulous in selecting a property and because of our legal contract background, the cookie-cutter contract used was inadequate with us, very high requirements. In stepped Decatur. The greatest complement we can give is to say that it didnt feel as though Decatur had any other customers or even another life. When we needed him, he called us before we called him. Requirements were accomplished professionally. Decatur wasnt just our agent; he was our close companion or colleague. We recommend Decatur for his services. He values a good work ethic where others fell short.
