I have had the pleasure of both buying and selling a property with her in the last 2.5 years and both experiences could not have gone more smoothly. I immediately felt at ease with her from our initial conversations. Manjit quickly understood exactly what I was looking for in a property and curated the properties we viewed based on real-time feedback. Manjit was also great at keeping me aware of everything to consider before putting in an offer (especially as I worked through the nerves of purchasing my first home far away from family). I truly felt like I was viewing each property with a trusted friend who had my best interest in mind. My husband and I previously started the house-buying process on 2017 with a different realtor. The process was so convoluted that we were left with a ton of anxieties about purchasing a home in the future. This was all changed when we were introduced to Manjit! Within hours of our first conversation she had us a list of perfect homes and even an open house that night. Manjit truly went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. Utilizing a VA loan, I worried that our offers wouldnt be competitive enough in the Bay Area market but with Manjits network and persistence there was nothing to worry about!
