We are so lucky to have met Kris at the start of our first homebuying journey! Best experience with Dave! Dave just helped me and my family sell our rental property in a very confusing market and went above and beyond any and all expectations. He comes from a CPA background and was able to help us with capital gain analysis which many realtors can not nor would want to do. In this very volatile market and rising interest rates, he was able to get us exactly the price we were looking for and helped us understand all of the steps along the way. Amazing experience Working with Kris was awesome end to end. My wife and I were worried because we didn't have any expertise on the real estate market. Kris was very patient explaining everything to us, step by step, she shared what to observe when visiting a property and was extremely knowledgeable about repair and remodeling costs Aside from her professional skills, Kris is a very kind person and you can tell she cares about the people she works with. I'll work with her again in the future no doubt!
