I have been dealing recently with Jon Satacroce in the selling of my house in Turlock CA. He represented the buyers but did a superb job in representing me as well (working through agent Chris Nichols). We were up against a short time frame for closing of my house as I was moving to Tucson AZ on Nov. 4, 2021. There were multiple hurdles for us to clear to get the house prepared and closed, including some major construction work in my patio and numerous smaller repair issues brought up during inspections. He even arranged for the Title Company rep to come to my house to do the paperwork just the day before I left Turlock. I am most grateful and indebted to him for his extraordinary effort and his working "above and beyond" to help me during a very difficult and crucial time of my life. Jon was awesome. We told told him what we were looking for and he delivered. Because of his expertise, he was able to maximize the profit of our mobile home sale and we got enough money with that alone to by our current house that he work hard for us to get. We were able to close in a month so Jon really went full on and helped make our dream home a reality
