I have used Lubna and her team on a few occasions related to training and termination contracts, including NDAs, when it was deemed I needed to either accept or dispute the terms. I found the advice sound and invaluable. So, when it became clear a family member may need a lawyer to keep their home which had been gifted to them 40 years prior from the claws of another family member, she immediately came to mind. She reviewed all paperwork and provided good and sound advice. Without her, we wouldnt have had the legal knowledge to counter the attack. Her fees were fair and reasonable. We had a very long civil case and Lubna was our attorney. Even though we won case, majority of the steps of investigating fraud if i recall correctly, we did by ourself. We would have saved our time and money if lawyer would have done better due diligence. In the end we havent received our money as well as end up paying more than 120K in case fees.
