I've been working with Andrew for a number of years - he is incredibly responsive and straight forward in providing options for insurance. Since starting the relationship I've moved more of my insurance needs over to Andrew - the responsiveness and relationship is invaluable. Whenever I have a question of how something might affect our insurance he responds quickly with the right information.

AJ helped us secure our home insurance for our first home and it was a very easy process. A year later, I reached out to him again on behalf of my father as he was looking to get different quotes for his home insurance. AJ was so helpful in this process, he responded quickly and looked up several quotes for us. He made the experience a breeze. We were able to secure a good home insurance policy and he explained everything along the way. AJ is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. AJ Franco has been our insurance agent for about 10 years. AJ Franco has always taken good care of our family with all the needs of a growing family of 3 kids and dogs. He has always stayed in touch with us to make sure our coverage is always complete and meets the needs of our family. We have 3 kids and we have had to put them on and then off of our car insurance as they turn 16 and then grow and get their own insurance. AJ gives us quality information so we make the best decisions on buying a car and the practicality of car insurance for 16 year olds. We are on our last kid getting his license and I reached out to him and he immediately got back to me with quotes. It is just sets my mind at ease that AJ cares about our family and treats us with the utmost respect. If I ever have a question for him regarding any of the multitude of insurances we have (home,car, earthquake, pet, and umbrella) he gives an immediate response to helps ease my mind. If he is not available he sends me directly to where I can get answers. AJ is truly a wonderful, respectful, amazing insurance agent. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for security in the many types of insurances that you might need in your life. We are sticking with AJ as long as he is part of Liberty Mutual Insurance. Honestly we would follow him wherever he was an agent, that is how much I truly trust him.
