      image I have an Uncle at Penninsula Reflections in Colma. The staff is very negligent about his daily needs. They don't and or refuse to give him sponge baths. He has had several falls where CNA'S have found him on the floor. His health has deteriorated so much since being placed there. I have made several complaints and even spoke with administrator and nothing has been done. They even had the nerve to raise his monthly rent, way over the limit without even notifying me. Very poor poor care. I'm so sorry we placed him there.
