        Kind of a joke when I was an employee and my service gets disconnected 2 weeks before my bill is due over $50. And I still have to pay an additional $40 because no one had the courtesy to even give me a phone call before hand. Lots of other issues too including bill credits I never got back but Id rather deal with that on the phone.

        VERY UNRELIABLE AND NEGLIGENT WITH ACCOUNT INFORMATION. SWITCHED MY SERVICE TO ANOTHER APT UNIT AND AFTER 4 YEARS OF SERVICE AND THEN CUT ME OFF AFTER BILL IS ALREADY PAID. THEN COULD NOT RESTORE INTERNET AND EVERYTHING IN MY HOME IS RAN BY INTERNET. THEN I COULD NOT CONTACT CORPORATE
